DIY Jewelweed Spray Recipe

I’ve included a few other top herbs for itching relief in my jewelweed spray to help make it even more beneficial and effective.

Here is the DIY jewelweed spray recipe:

Ingredients

¼ cup jewelweed
¼ cup chamomile
¼ cup calendula
8 ounces witch hazel
Peppermint essential oil (optional)
Spray bottle

Instructions

Put each of the herbs and flowers inside a glass jar. Pour the witch hazel on top until it completely covers everything.

Let it sit for a few weeks, making sure to shake it every day. Then strain.

Pour infused witch hazel into a spray bottle. Add in peppermint essential oil and stir. Then enjoy!

You can make a jewelweed spray with just the jewelweed. Chamomile and calendula make a great addition to help with itching and skin issues, so I’ve included them all.
Jewelweed is great for itching skin, eczema, poison ivy, etc.
Any essential oils work great, or you can leave them out of the recipe. Up to you!
