Creating your own magnesium spray requires just a few key ingredients:

Once it is boiled, add in your magnesium flakes.

Stir until it is all combined. 

If adding essential oils, add to the carrier oil, then mix with the magnesium water. 

Pour into your spray bottle when it has cooled down. 

Notes

  • While I made this as a spray on magnesium oil, you can also use it as a magnesium massage oil and keep it in a different container.
  • Essential oils are completely optional. If you do plan on using them, my suggestion would be lavender or a muscle blend (like this one).

You can use a magnesium topical spray just about anywhere! It all really depends on what you want to use the magnesium spray oil for.

If you are using it for muscle pain relief, spray on the muscle that hurts. Alternatively, you can also spray in your hands, rub, and then massage it onto your muscle.

If it is for sleep, I found spraying on my thighs, legs, or back help me the best.
