DIY Bath Soak for Sore Muscles Recipe
After a long day of working outside, exercising, or even just sitting too long at a desk, sore muscles can really make you feel stiff and uncomfortable! One of the easiest ways to relax tight muscles is with a warm bath soak.
This DIY sore muscle bath soak combines Epsom salt, mineral-rich salts, and arnica to create a soothing soak that helps tired muscles feel more relaxed. I LOVE using this DIY bath soak for sore muscles every once in a while. My body feels so relaxed afterwards!
It’s an easy recipe to keep on hand whenever your body needs a little extra care.

Benefits of the Ingredients
Here is why I chose each ingredient for this pain relief bath soak:
• Epsom salt contains magnesium sulfate, which is commonly used in baths to help relax muscles and ease soreness.
• Baking soda helps soften bath water and can support gentle skin cleansing.
• Arnica is traditionally used in herbal remedies to support sore muscles, bruises, and inflammation. I love my arnica salve, so I knew I needed something like that for the bath!
• Himalayan salt contains trace minerals that can help make bath soaks feel more refreshing.
• Essential oils can add a soothing scent and provide additional support for muscle relaxation.
