This easy Easter sugar scrub recipe makes about 8 ounces:

Ingredients

1 cup sugar (white works best for color)
¼ cup carrier oil (like avocado, jojoba, or melted coconut)
10 drops essential oil (lavender and ylang ylang are my favorites)
4 colors of mica powder (slowly sprinkle in some until you get your desired color, I never measure exactly)
4 wooden stir spoons

How To Make Easter Sugar Scrub

In a small bowl, stir your essential oil into your carrier oil.

Pour the oil mixture into the sugar and mix until fully combined.

Divide your scrub evenly into four small bowls. Add a pinch of mica powder to each bowl, stirring until you reach your desired shade.

In a clean glass jar, layer the colored scrubs one at a time to create a striped effect.

Notes:

Essential oils are optional, especially if gifting to kids or those with sensitive skin.
If you don’t have mica powder, you can skip it or use a tiny bit of beetroot or spirulina powder for natural color, but test for skin staining first!
Shelf life is about 2-3 months if kept tightly sealed and water-free once you start using it.
Store it in a cool, dry place and always use dry hands or a spoon to scoop it out.
