I have loved the benefits that come from using shower steamers. Aromatherapy is so powerful and can really make a difference in your life.

I am not a morning person at all, and get super grumpy when I have to be up and at it before 9 am, especially if I have to shower in the morning.

While I usually use calming lavender shower steamers at night before bed, I need some energizing and uplifting ones in the morning to help with my mood.

So I decided to make some homemade rose shower steamers, and they are the perfect blend for me!

They are perfect for self-care or as a unique handmade gift too! Here is how to make your own DIY rose petal shower steamers.
